Job Purpose : Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of Karnataka state
Principal Accountabilities :
- B2B Sales
- Sales and distribution for entire state of Karnataka in Industrial division
- Managing Key Accounts
- Responsible for Branch operations
- Dispatches
- Warehouse Management
- Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch
- Managing people - 15 - 20 employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees
- Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
- Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
- Training and development of sales personnel.
Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required :
- BE / B Tech as UG like IITs / NITs / RECs and
- PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM) from Premier B Schools like IIMs, NMIMs, IMT Ghaziabad, Symboisis, etc preferred.
- 5 years of prior relevant work experience
- Current experience to be in B2B environment.
