The sales team is being built in phases with the initial launch in South India. Limited  Position: Regional Sales Manager   Location: Bangalore  As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets for the KVAR EC within South India. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing direction and leadership to the sales function. Your specific responsibilities will include:  - Identifying new business opportunities in target market segments  - Responsible for entire Sales Cycle from lead generation to conversion and execution of the sales and delivery of the product leading to billing and collections.  - Creating a team of self-driven sales people and monitoring their activities / target achievement  - Developing relationships with distributors and referral partners  - Responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivables  - Working with third party agencies to create and/or improve existing brochures, product videos, website and other marketing collaterals.  - Working out optimal pricing strategy for the product  Skills and Qualifications  - Graduate degree in Engineering or Masters from a reputed institute is essential  - Minimum 4 years of experience in the B2B or Institutional Sales.  - Excellent communication and people skills with an ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team  - Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, drive and enthusiasm  - Excellent planning and organizational skills  - Good IT, budgeting and report writing skills  - Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is a must  - This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and requires extensive travel
