Regional Sales HR Manager - FMCG

The company is a world leader in confectionery/FMCG. This position reports into Sales HR head and is responsible for HR for over 300 people in the South region.This is a HR Business Partnering role for the Sales, the Sales Support team and other function teams based in the branches. Key Responsibilities include Recruitment, on boarding & confirmation, Capability Development, Performance & Career Management, People Engagement, Attrition Management, HR Operations & Admin, Support employees on Third Party rolls.

Looking for a full time MBA in HR (A Category institute) with 2-3 years experience in generalist HR role sp in Sales HR, looking for south based candidates ONLY. Fluency in South Indian language is a must.
