Regional Sales Head - FMCG - East

A well known MNC FMCG company wishes to recruit the Regional Sales Head for East.

Key responsibilities :

Complete sales and distribution responsibility for East.

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Leading a cross functional team

Candidate profile -

Seasoned sales professional from an FMCG/Telecom space handling large distribution oriented business.

Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing .

- Incumbent should have 7-10 years of post qualification experience with substantial experience in a leadership role.

- Must have led multiple zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG/Telecom as an ASM is a Must.
