We are looking for Regional Sales head for one of our Pharmaceutical client whose base location is Gurgaon for their Consumer Health Care business.  Consumer Health Care (CHC) is a separate business division engaged in developing & marketing Over-The-Counter (OTC) products in India. It is amongst the Top 10 CHC companies in India& footprints in about 20 countries with category leading brands.  Position Title: Regional Sales Head (North Region)  Job Profile   - To formulate and implement sales & distribution strategies to meet the Top Line targets for the region  - To achieve targeted Primary & Secondary Sales Volumes/ Coverage for each of the brands for the region  - To drive town expansion and channel activation for product portfolio in the region  - To drive initiatives in Secondary Sales & work towards improving merchandising on outlet's through visibility drives.   - To formulate and implement Below the Line marketing initiatives on consumer demand generation activities for the region  - Manage and constantly improve the retail sales operation for the brands  - Maintain brand hygiene & Minimize Expiries & Sale Returns.   - Track competitor activities in the region & provide regular feedback. new product acceptability, consumer response to marketing activity, and provide solutions for expanding/tracking competition.  - People development: Motivation and team development of the sales force in the region.  - Manage field Force by monitoring work progress, productivity.   - Build strong relationship with business partners across channels for maintaining smooth business operations.   - Forecast sales for the region & manage inventories .Run operation's as per approved budgeted spends & work towards reducing spends.   - Responsible for keeping control of the operating expenses for the region.  - Timely and accurate monthly reporting to HO.  Note: Minimum 4 years as Area Sales manager in healthcare/OTC/FMCG domain.
