Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate strategies and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collection happen as per the Annual Business Plan.
- Sales Planning, projection / forecast
- Designing the growth plan (quarter and annual) of the territory and monitoring.
- Dealer and Distribution management
- Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the Field Force to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales target
- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies
- Provide Training to Field Force on market working
Desired Candidate :
- Graduate with PGDBM in Marketing / Sales will be desired
- 15 years of experience in FMCG Industry
