Plan and set targets for the regional sales team for the year & month wise
Drive & ensure implementation of these targets by working with the sales team closely
Review & monitor results for necessary decisions & action points within the region
Liaise regularly with Regional stake holders, regional sales team and Sales Development team
Ensure adherence to agreed timelines & processes
Execution of Sales Automation Initiatives / interventions
Resolve issues quickly by liasoning with regional IT team
Own responsibility of hygiene & sanctity of usage of all applications of sales automation
Ensure site readiness including commercial completion & master data collection
Identify the regional capability & people development needs of the regional team
Liaise with Regional Stake holders, HR & Sales Development Team to develop suitable interventions to address the identified needs
On a regular basis plan calendar & execute these interventions
Provide feedback to the Branch Manager, HR & Sales Development Team
Responsible to develop necessary formats to track & monitor all GoToMarket, Sales Automation & Capability interventions in the region
At decided timelines share progress report with Regional Team, Sales Development Team & HR
Share key highlights and analysis within the region & HO
Propose action points to support decision making process within the region & HO
