Manages the exploration, evaluation and development of an effective sourcing market for appropriate products (South Asia holistically plus select categories in the Middle East)  3. Development of materials/ alternative materials  4. Assist in new product development  5. Sourcing Business Developer will   Lead Mapping, short listing & introduction of new suppliers based on Business needs  Or opportunities identified For new / existing business areas   6. Negotiate with suppliers according to organization values and guide lines.  7. Evaluate production capacities  8. Experience of Material & manufacturing processes.  9.
