Regional Operations Manager: West  - Only For Male Candidates  About the position :  Position/title : Regional Operations Manager (Maharashtra)  Reports to : Sr. Manager Customer Experience  Purpose of Job :  - Act as a key driver for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of systems and procedures for service improvement within Maharashtra region  - Dedicated Regional Operations Manager for (Mumbai & Pune )  - A systematic approach to interacting with customers and delivering sustainable services across the organization / E2E supply chain that builds loyalty and increases Customer Experience  - Responsible for contract management, KPI management, overall responsible on customer's operation, supply chain improvement   - Drive service team in SO to enhance customer experience for Maharashtra Service KPIs  - Monthly Service Calls with top leaders of Mumbai and Pune for operational support  - Claims reduction, Promoting SPO model, New Packaging initiatives, Claims on V4, Mystery shopping in branches  - Create strong NPS score by actively undertaking CE initiatives  Responsibilities :  Coordination with Regional Distribution Center (West) :   - Close coordination with RDC team to ensure E2E supply chain for Maha operations with respect to timely pick and pack, dispatch, order tracking and claims closure on weekly, monthly basis  - Set up joint meetings with RDC team and Maharashtra stakeholders (Sales) to regularly communicate all improvements taken and work on concern areas  SPO development & promotion :   - Making SPO most preferred mode of ordering  - Monitoring SPO incentive Vs DV   - New proposals for SPO incentive to ensure operational efficiency  - SPO documentation process. 100% compliance   Monthly Dashboards for Service KPI's :  - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly claims update   - Capturing Consultant daily Turn arond time   - Tracking pending orders to ensure dispatch accuracy for non-immediate orders  - Cashier and Warehouse efficiency calculation monthly basis for Mumbai and Pune  - Branch Mystery shopping   - Customer Experience Dashboard  - Quarterly supply chain review to look into all aspects of customer's supply chain  - Pro-active and continuous drive to improve our customer's supply chain performance through regional SCM's & AM- s  - Regular review sessions with Sales team (Region) to address and resolve operational issues  - Conducting Training's & Service Academy roll out in branches  - Facilitate learning and development of all team members  - Ensure Timely & Effective delivery of all assigned tasks & projects as directed by HOD  - Work on Service Projects 2015-2016 implementation   - Claims on V4  - 2 new initiatives to drive WCS in each quarter for region   - Service Calls  - SPO development & DV control  - Damage reduction  - On time Deliveries  - General Office Practice  - Time keeping and reporting  - Alignment to office procedures  Specific Job Skills :  - Resourceful & team oriented manager with expertise in certain aspects like - operations management, inventory, training, controls, quality  - People leadership  - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.   - Project management & execution  - Negotiation skills & cost management  - Comfortable working independently, with experience working in a team environment.   - Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with external and internal staff.   - Demonstrated experience using advanced Excel features and techniques required.   - Experience with database application development (e.g., Microsoft Access) desirable.   - Physical ability to use computer hardware and software required.   Garima Sharma Career Experts +91 999 960 1188
