Regional Marketing Manager - East zone - New banking brand

We have 1 urgent position in one of the proposed new banking brand :

Reporting : Head - Marketing

Location : Kolkata

CTC : 12 LPA + incentives and other components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for conducting various marketing & branding activities in the assigned region to promote business growth of the area.

- Looking after marketing activities for the entire region.

- Planning & execution of ATL & BTL activities, as news paper & cable ads, outdoor hoardings, road shows, announcements, leads generation/ data collection activities, events & promos/contest.

- Evaluating branch promotion request and assisting in implementing them.

- Evaluating and controlling marketing spends by assigning specific budgets for ROI / Non-ROI activity.

- Planning of activities as per revenue matrix.

- Interacting with analytical marketing for focused data driven camping for cross selling to existing base.

- Contributing in product/ branch launches.

- Identify & monitor competitor marketing activity and suggest strategies.

- Handling vendor management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

Desired Qualification : Post Graduate in Business Administration, Finance or relevant post-graduation

Desired Experience :

- 7-12 years of experience as Zonal / Area or Regional Manager in NBFCs/Banks with exposure in Products, Branding, Promotion (Media, BTL and business campaigns). At least 4 year experience in managing successful commercial teams of officers and Managers will be preferred.
