We are looking for the following:  Client : MNC FMCG company  Position : Regional Sales HR Manager - South  Location : Chennai  KRAs:  - Manage the recruitment of frontline sales force, induction, development & training of the field sales officers and managers and the training of third party sales force so as to ensure optimal manning and to enhance the capability of the sales team.  - Work with the Regional Sales Head to manage manpower planning & deployment at the branch level and ensure optimal manning of zones/positions  - Selection process for lateral hiring of sales team   - Campus hiring process   - Design and roll out induction plan for new recruits  - Analyze the causes of sales force attrition and take preventive measures along with the corporate HR resource & the L&D Manager  - Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback from exiting employees  - Undertake training needs analysis and organize appropriate functional and leadership programs to address the same in conjunction with the L&D Manager and corporate HR Generalist  - Draw a training calendar; Organize and co-ordinate training programmes; Competency assessment based on Leadership & functional competency framework  - Work with functional resources at the regional level and L&D Manager to design and roll-out training programs for the third party sales force and stockist salesmen  Requirements:  - MBA/PGDM from Premier Institutes only from 2011/2012 batch.  - Experience in a Manufacturing set-up is desirable as also Sales HR role will be an added advantage.  Contact: Anish Shah  Director | PeopleZ HR | +91-7666546688  Connect with me on Linkedin: http://in.linkedin.com/in/anishs  Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/PeoplezHr
