Regional Manager - Retail

Job Detail :

- The role is responsible to drive the Retail Top line, bottom line numbers, Business development and operational efficiency improvement within the region.

Business Development

- Market mapping, Gap Analysis, Identifying business opportunities, identifying and sourcing the right stores, commercial and legal negotiations and Project execution.

Operation efficiency

- Merchandising planning and supply, Manpower planning and Team Management – With target orientation, Training, implementing store operation manual, audits, customer feedback and corrective actions

Educational Qualification : Any graduate / Any post graduate

Age Limit : Maximum 37

Candidate should have experience from Retail industry (Luggage preferably, Fashion, Footwear, apparel)
