Profile:

Job Description:

- Manpower hiring (across all level and all channels) within the defined Recruitment TAT.

- Monthly running of Employee Attendance and processing of Salary.

- Statutory/Compliance issues.

- Monthly Reports/Analytics.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Employee Retention and Development.

- Handling employee grievances and sending report to HO.

- Employee Engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required

- Knowledge of working in HRMS Software.

- Knowledge of working in job portals/social sites.

- Excellent Excel knowledge.

Mandatory : Full time MBA/PGDBA in HR

Preferably from Jewellery/Retail/FMCG industry
