The position is that of regional HR Manager based at Bangalore taking care of south

The job role is of a generalist HR handling:

- Talent Management

- Employee Engagement

- Performance management

- The entire gamut of generalist HR

The person will not be responsible for Payroll Services

The person will be reporting to the HRBP based out of their corporate office who in turn reports to the Global CHRO

Not looking for candidates from Manufacturing Industry

MBA full time is mandatory
