Regional Manager - Human Resource - FMCG - East

A leading FMCG is looking for Regional HR manager( east) Kolkata

- Forecasting & analyzing the manpower requirement for each store and arrive at the manpower budget for the region in concurrence with the Operations Team.

- Resource Allocation, Evaluate skill-sets and recommend resources, ensuring minimum bench at a given point of time, enhancement of the skills to suit the requirement through training's.

- Taking care of recruitment in the operational level across the region by developing alternate sources of manpower supply

- Drive the orientation for the new hires across the region.

- Lead the Appraisal Performance Management System for employees in coordination with the talent engagement & development team.

- Campus Hiring - Owning overall processes and end-to-end engagement and execution at top campuses across the country.
