About Client : One of the leading Private Sector Bank.  Position Name : Regional Manager - HR- Kanjumarg and Churchgate, Mumbai  Reports to : SBU Head HR  Location : Mumbai  Role Purpose : The role entails managing end to end HR activities for the region.   Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :  - Responsible for vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical and non critical positions.  - Obtain and maintain offer related documentation like exception approval, special hiring approval, joining commitment, notice pay buyout etc.  - Responsible for end to end campus recruitment for the region.  - Also has to manage employee relations, employee grievances.  - Responsible for training & development of all the employees.  Professional Expertise :  - MBA from a reputed institute, batches 2011- 2014.  - Must have 2+ years of HR experience, specifically in handling Talent Acquisition.  - Candidate should have experience in handling volume hiring, approx 40-50 per month.  - Understanding of HR Operations.
