Designation/Title: Regional Manager - West/ AGM OR DGM

Reporting to: National Sales Head

Reportees: 100 +

Academics: MBA from a premier institute is a must

Responsibilities:

Total 9-12 years of experience in Channel Sales /Distribution from Consumer Durable/ Consumer Electronics Companies/FMCG/Auto etc

Business Development and Sales - Plan and oversee the execution of the Regional sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets

Maintain awareness of market trends including customer preferences, competitive action, new product introductions, etc. in their zone

Formulate the annual business & operating plan for the zone

Market expansion - Strengthen the dealer network by developing new dealer/distributor in line

Relationship Management - Drive excellent relationship management with dealers/distributors/channels
