We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in building material organization :-

Position : Regional Manager - East [ Glazed Vitrified Tiles ]

Reporting To : Position reports to Regional Business Head ( all verticals ).

Reportees : Position handles a team of 8-10 people (there are dedicated GVT sales people in each state who report to the State Head administratively and to the RM functionally).

Location : Kolkata

Ctc: 25-26L offered inclusive of 25% variable pay paid quarterly ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Responsibilities :

- Formulating & implementing Marketing / Business Development strategies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.

- Organizing promotional campaigns for new product development; focusing on brand establishment.

- Enabling business growth by proper handling of the channel network involving product promotion, business development & product launch activities.

- Gathering market intelligence, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies

- Developing channels and business partners to expand product reach in market and launching new product.

- Mapping distribution networks by helping the distributors to achieve goals set by the company, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach

- Leading, nurturing & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets.

- Imparting organization training programme for new recruits, while ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company

- The position has overall responsibility for developing new market across the region and achieving ambitious business targets.

- Management of distribution channels, Trade relationships, Project sales.

- Ensure adequate service to the customer and the administration of the branch in all sales aspects.

- Handling a team of sales personnel in of the entire rest of the assigned region.

- Aggressive in meeting top line and generating revenue with achieving the Sales Target

- Strong in Channel Sales, Project Sales, Govt. departments, Team Handling. (Retail, Project, business promotion & Alternate Channels)

Requirements :

Industry :

- MBA / PGDM mandatory.

- Any building materials . PAINTS ; LIGHTING ( preferred ).

- RM should have exposure in dealing with Architects as well as managing dealers.

- 12-20 years exp, MBA full time, non Bengali preferably, willing to relocate.

- Person with exposure in all states in East.
