Looking for an Experienced Sales Leader who will be joining a highly relevant technology startup to sell and develop EMEA/APAC Sales and be based in Hyderabad. He/She would work for sales growth and profitability for EMEA/APAC markets.

As Regional Manager/Director sales for EMEA/APAC you will be responsible for Account Acquisition and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and managing Go to Market Plans both Direct and Partners.

- Will architect and implement strategies for business development in consultation with Senior Leadership.

- Will have responsibility inclusive of customer/ sector identification, strategy and account management for the region.

- New business hunter mentality with experience of prospecting, marketing support lead generation, direct selling to end user clients and also via partners.

- Effectively manage inbound leads and ensure efficient closure rate

- Account management including mapping of Key Stake Holders within the client organization and have up to Account Plans for the team.

- Engage with clients and sales team to drive engagement and value.

- Maximize impact of cross functional resources (Support, services, Sales, etc).

- Partner with the leadership team (Sales, Operations, Executives) to provide seamless customer interaction and focus.

Desired Qualifications:

- University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent, Post-Graduate Degree preferred (i.e. MBA)

- At least 8 years in a sales and sales leadership roles within a software/IT company.

Prerequisites:

- Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones.

- Possess the technical /sales expertise required to successfully conduct all phases of the sales cycle.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Able to articulate the value of the product.

- International sales experience is an advantage Excellent telephone manner and written skills

- Team player / Leader and excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with Sales, Technical and Finance colleagues

- Experience of working in a start up, SaaS and Salesforce.com ecosystem would be a big advantage.

- Experience of working with different cultures and adapt to different territories

- Willingness to work from time to time over extended hours in order to achieve goals set by immediate manager or demanded by key customers
