Currently hiring for a newly licensed small bank.  Designation: Regional Manager- Branch Banking  Grade offered: AVP  Base Location: Nagpur  Area to be handled: Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh   Required candidates who are currently into branch banking profile and handling at least a cluster.  Tentative job responsibilities.   1. Preparation and execution of plans to ensure that all branches going fully operational as per the branch roll-out plan.   2. Recruit, train and manage performance of Regional team of Cluster Managers, Branch Managers and Branch Staff.   3. Manage the performance and operations of the liability branches in the Region.   4. Plan and execute new branch expansion as per business objectives.   5. To help the branch team build a portfolio of CASA, Term Deposits and Investments Products as per the business objectives of the Cluster.   6. Expand last-mile customer reach through efficient Business Correspondent management.   7. Review branch operation reports, vault register reports, audit reports, branch registers on a regular basis and ensure necessary implementation of corrective and preventive actions.   8. Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.   9. Ensure last-mile reach and service quality to clients through Business Correspondent channel.  Ketan
