Regional Manager/Assistant Zonal Manager - Sales - Agro Chemicals

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Ability to handle the team and lead the team to achieve sales targets

- Responsible for the overall performance of the region handled

- To motivate the employees to increase their performance and formulate strategies

- Providing the required information as and when needed for effective business operation in region

- Handy experience in marketing of Agro chemical products and in depth knowledge of the Agriculture chemicals

- Result oriented performing professionals preferred

- Ability to perform individually to contribute for expansion plans

Qualification :

UG : B.Sc - Any specialization (chemistry preferred)

PG : M.Sc - Any Specialization(chemistry preferred)
