Regional Legal Manager - FMCG/Telecom/Mfg/Healthcare/Pharma

This is a regional role covering Central region. It will be based out of Lucknow office

Both the roles will have 4-5 reportees.

Candidate will be involved in managing issues related to warehouses, working with commercial managers

He/She will be working as a Business Partner responsible for Sales legal activities for Central.

He/She needs to ensure that the issues are not taken to court

Interact with HO & other regional teams

Will be involved in litigations, drafting, contracting, giving suggestions. Managing Sales, Supply Chain & Factory related issues

Should have 8-15yrs of relevant experience in Sales Legal partnering and factory legal

Should have managed Litigation in his/her previous role

Candidate should be willing to travel extensively - Central
