Job Description:
- Build people as competitive advantage
- Retention & Productivity Initiatives
- Onboarding and induction of all Employees in the Region
- Ensure implementation of organizational initiatives like OHS, Dipstick, etc from time to time MIS from Corp HR 100% completion figure from the region
- Implementation of smooth & seamless HR operations delivery
- Training the BOEs on HR Ops processes and systems (joining kits, FFS process, LWP module, Labour compliance etc) to ensure minimal pendencies/ errors
- All New Joinees get employee code as per TAT. Bank & PAN details of employees available with Organizaiton.
- All processes relating to exited employees are completed in all respects.
- Ensure 100% BOE covered under formal/ informal training on HR Ops processes.
- Exit intimation for all exits are done on time and salary stopped. Exit process completed in totality for 100% of exits in region.
- Employee Relations & Labour law compliance 20%
