- Responsible for Identifying talent and recruitment for Region
- Managing/implementing the HR process and policies for the Region
- Manage all the centres in the Region in terms of HR processes/policies.
- Responsible for all HR activities like employee engagement, implementation of PMS, rewards and recognition systems in the Region. (end to end employee life cycle management)
- Talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles in the Region in coordination with the corporate team
- On boarding and induction to all new joiners in the Region.
- Responsible for MIS for the Region
- Responsible for statutory compliance related to HR for the Region
- Responsible for delivery of functional training in the Region and working with corporate L&D team for identification of training needs to ensuring business relevance and implementation of intervention/training modules.
- Manage Employee Relations for the region in accordance with the corporate ER Strategy
