Position : Regional HR North (Delhi / Noida ) 2 positions (Male Candidate only)  Industry : Telecom / FMCD  Experience : 2-7 yrs   CTC 8-12 lacs   Qualification : MBA / PGDBM form Top / Good B.School only   Recruitment  - To monitor manpower position / Requirements as per Org Structure in all the branches.  - Initiate action to fill up the vacancy with in SLA in co-ordination with HO HR  - To keep in constant touch with the placement agencies for soliciting applications / organizing interview  Induction & Orientation  - Whenever a new employee joins in the zone, ensure that his induction & orientation is done as per the SCHEDULE about the company, HR policies & procedures, branch commercial operations, logistics coordination, dealer network and his role in enterprise portal etc.  - To ensure that all the new joinees are sent to head office within 30 days of their joining for detailed induction and orientation program.  - To ensure that those employees who directly join at the branches are issued/briefed on their role and responsibilities by issuing them the job description and quantified key result areas in consultation with superiors.  Job Description & KPI Compliance  - To ensure every employee is given in writing brief job description and quantified key result areas by concerned supervisor of his joining and copy of the same is sent to corporate HR for records.  Training & Development  - As per the directions of the corporate HR carry out training identification /needs /assessment exercises in the zone for all level every quarter  - Based on the training need ascertained, proposes contents to corporate HR along with details of training program to be conducted.  - To assist Global HR in identifying trainers within (internal trainers), external trainers, training institutes, training venues in the zone at various locations.  - To coordinate all activities related to training on behalf of corporate HR with zonal /state/branch heads.  Midterm & Annual Performance Appraisal  - Initiate to conduct the appraisal in a very transparent way in co-ordination with appraisal and provide the feedback for the same.  Exit Interview  - To ensure that the black policy is implemented and a useful feedback is provided in a form of report to the HO HR in order to analyze and realign the retention policies.  Campus Relations  - To maintain an updated list of all B-schools and A-Grade engineering colleges of respective zone.  - To maintain relations with the placement officers for summer/winter trainees and final placements for market survey etc.  Administration Activities:-  - To ensure administrative support to all the employees in the respective zone   Organisation Development   - Performance Management   - Employee Engagement   - Exit Interview   - To ensure that the black policy is implemented and a useful feedback is provided in a form of report to the HO HR in order to analyze and realign the retention policies.   Interested candidate can contact Nitin Kalra @ 9810604061
