Position: Regional head Sales - Business Loans

Role and Responsibility

- To manage a team of RMs and CPA covering all branches in the region and manage the P&L of the region for the business loan group.

- Designing suitable financial facilities structure for short term & long term requirements for MSMEs(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) having turnover up to Rs. 3000 million.

- Providing end to end solutions for Fund Based and Non Fund based credit and non-credit facilities which include Working capital (Cash Credit/Overdraft/PCFC/PSCFC), Term Loan (Rupee/FCTL/ECB), Trade & Treasury (LC/BG/Derivatives/CMS).

- Pre-sanction and Post sanction activities, which include Preparation & Review of credit proposals, Credit & Risk Assessment, Documentations, Portfolio Monitoring.Cross Sale of LI, GI, MF, CA, SA, CMS, and Retail Assets Loan such as Personal Loan, Car Loan, Home Loan, Loan against property, Loan against shares and Gold Loan.
