Ability to make the groups- Real Estate acquisition plan   7. Experience & have the ability to source real estate pan India for the branch roll out project.  8. Ability to work, lead, manage IPC`S/ Brokers & develop a data bank of brokers pan India.  9. Ability to check the viability of a site in term of technical legal & safety standards.   10. Ability to negotiate estate and also know the local laws & process.  11. Ability to comprehend the convergence of Infra/IT/Branding & Business needs.  12. In-depth understanding of logistic in rural areas & its impact on delivery time lines.  13. Ability to analyze MIS & advise the Management.   14. Possess leadership skills & the ability to manage a big team.   15. Be process & cost driven without compromising on the project deliverables  16. Have the ability to train the real estate & fit out teams.  Candidate Profile  - Minimum 14-18 years of related experience   - Experience in setting up multiple branches preferably in rural India   - Superior written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively   - Strong verbal communication & stake holder management skills  - Be a professional of high level of integrity  - Possess leadership abilities & the ability to manage a large geographically dispersed team
