One of the largest and most well known MNC beverages company worldwide wishes to recruit the Regional Head for one of its most profitable regions in India.

Key focus areas of the role would be:
- Driving Top line, Bottom line and effective Cash flow in the System
- Maximizing share and value all across.
- Responsible for Sales, Activations, Customer Marketing and Revenue control.
- He would directly be managing a team of 25 professionals: Sales, Activations, Finance, and Customer Marketing & Administrative staff.
- Driving Brand strengths in the market through Brand initiatives and a robust marketing calendar for the customers
- Building & maintaining productive relationships with key accounts
- Capability building
The position would report to the India Business Head.
We invite applications from MBAs from premier B Schools with around 9-12 yrs of exp in sales, business development and channel management.
Must be currently handling a leadership role with complete P&L responsibility for at least 4-5 years. Should be a dynamic person with exceptional business acumen and man management skills.
Aggressive Sales and Marketing professionals from the high volume and high growth industries – Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG who have had a quick career progression and good exposure to channel sales, managing complex dealer distributor networks, now heading considerably large regions, would be an ideal fit.
Remuneration: Rs.45 - 55 lacs per annum
