Salary Range: 9 - 15 LPA

Regional Head - Cash Management Industry from Logistics & SCM

- Achieving Sales Target of the region as per ABP plan, through existing & new business.

- Responsible to carry out the operations of Cash replenishment in ATMs, Cash Pick up & deposit under Door Step banking, cash transportation for banks under CIT.

- Track and trace the situation of infrastructure and security systems are running and in place

- Responsible to ensure the timely billing to the customers through region & providing inputs to the corporate to complete the billing within fixed time frame.

- Responsible for collection of billed amount from customers as per agreed terms in SLA.

- Responsible for profit & loss management for the region.

- Responsible for planning & implementing the route optimization system to increase in utilizing the resources in best possible ways to result in profitability.

- Responsible for recruitment, training & Quality control of region.

- Responsible for Client relations, business development & business retention Pricing and cost control to meet top line and bottom line targets.

- Review and control manpower/vehicle running maintenance cost of Region.

- Responsible for managing the human resources in a effective & motivated manner to avoid IR problems and to ensure smooth operations without hurdles.

- Responsible for managing the entire fleet operations over the region by taking care of necessary parameters.

- Responsible for monitoring & guiding the team on business operations & actuarial management.
