Regional Franchisee Head - Maharashtra and Chattisgarh
Responsibilities -
Managing a team base of Franchisee Acquisition Manager & Franchisee Relationship Manager based at different locations of Maharashtra and Chattishgarh
Responsible for Acquisition & Business development of franchisee Network in the above areas
Responsible for servicing and revenue generation through franchisee from Equity and Derivative Products
Responsible for Product Training, A/c Acquisition, A/c activation & business Development through New & existing franchisee.
Coordinating between different departments and corporate office for daily smooth functioning.
Monitor the productivity of Franchisee Relationship Manager & Acquisition manager.
Prospecting, Identifying & developing new business initiatives in new areas.
Developing effective sales & marketing strategy for business expansion in Maharashtra and Chattisgarh
Handling the CRM for resolving Customer Complaints and escalation for Maharashtra and Chattisgarh
