Job Responsibilities :
- Driving Business Strategies - Partnering with senior management in driving business and marketing strategies thereby ensuring growth and leadership in healthcare business in region.
- Competition Benchmarking & Analysis- Ensuring analysis of competition data, their marketing activities, pricing and benchmarking to improve our strategies.
- Product Pricing - Ensuring correct product pricing with respect to competition, local factors, market leadership, customer satisfaction and reasonability of return on investments.
- Marketing Schemes - Ensuring support to marketing team in formulation of marketing schemes, discounts and other schemes to ensure revenue growth and tracking their ROI.
- Process Excellence - Developing processes for smooth operations and ensuring SOP compliance.
- Controllership & Internal Controls - Ensuring adequate check and balance to ensure compliance and internal controls.
- Business Review Partnering- Ensuring timely business reviews along with Regional Director to track unit performance and guidance to improve strategies.
- Business Planning & Budgetary Controls - Preparation of business plans, ensuring timely submission of budgets by the units, review and analysis of budgets submitted by the units, Regional consolidation of budgets and thereby tracking budgetary achievements.
- Revenue Share Modeling - Ensuring correct revenue sharing with business partners.
- Finalization of Financial Statements - Finalization, review and consolidation of financial statements, facilitating Audits (Stat, Internal, concurrent & process), publishing and reporting of Financial Results as per Statutory requirements on Quarterly and Annual basis.
- Performance Tracking and KPI Management - Ensuring regular analysis of unit and regional performance with respect to revenue, EBITDA, cost and KPI targets.
- Revenue Assurance and Tariff Management - Establishing adequate steps to plug revenue leakages & ensuring accurate billing & tariff management.
- Growth & Variance Analysis - Tracking of actual performances of region and units against budgets on monthly basis, analysis of variances initiating measures to control costs and increase revenue.
- ROI Analysis - Assessing the Capex /Opex requirements of various units with respect to ROI.
- SBU Tracking and Management - Micro tracking of performance at SBU level (specialitywise), analysis and further action on same.
- Debtors and Creditors Management.
- Unit Support - Providing support to Unit Finance Controllers in the region on finance functions to ensure that the financial matters of the Hospital are being handled in efficient and effective manner.
- Audit, Taxation & Compliance - Ensuring proper and timely compliance with Tax and statutory requirements, liaison with Government Authorities on Statutory matters. Partnering with KPMG & E&Y for Statutory & Internal Audits.
- Cash Flow Management - Responsible for continuous cash flow and working capital management for all units in the region.
- Relationship Management - Ensuring good relationship with Medical fraternity for smooth operations and organization growth.
- Team - People management for finance teams across region.
- Operations - Coordination with various functions and corporate office for ensuring smooth operations.
