Due to extensive presence in EMEA region actively seeking a Senior Compliance Manager, to be based in Dubai, to provide leadership for their business in the region.   - This is a senior and high profile role, helping managing compliance and regulatory risk for the business and reporting to global head of Legal & Compliance based in USA  Some of the key responsibilities will include :  - Contributing to the strategic Compliance Agenda  - Being the key contact for regional senior stakeholders  - Assessing the impact of regulatory changes in the region  - Building appropriate control mechanisms to comply with local regulations  - Draft and review legal contracts with banks, agents, vendors, IT organizations  To qualify for this role you will require :  - Relevant agreement transferring, licensing and banking regulation experience.  - Experience managing a comprehensive compliance program  - The ability to interact with senior management both regionally and globally  - Experience in providing compliance risk analysis and solutions to the business  - Experience in working in a geographically dispersed compliance environment  Shashikant
