- They are looking for a district/regional manager to support one of their key business region based out of Mumbai
Job Description:
- Achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned account customers as set out in the annual budget
- Grow the sales within the assigned accounts and develop new accounts in order to achieve the budget expectations
- The District Manager is responsible for the ongoing field training and formal training of Territory Managers and other F&B staff in his district
- The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that the service plans are in place and up to date and that 100% service coverage is achieved
- He will motivate, guide and assist his direct reports in order to obtain the optimum performance in sales, productivity and service excellence
- Supervise customer credit and collections in accordance with company policy
- Plan and Introduce appropriate new products, equipment, market solutions and monitor competitive activity. Provide feedback to management on information of strategic interest
- The District Manager will personally lead surveys, trials, presentations and programs for new program introductions
- Ensure the smooth implementation of Corporate Account group deals that are focused on honouring the performance standards promised to the customer
The Successful Candidate:
- BA/BS/Engineering/Chemical 13-18 years of B2B sales & region managing experience with a large, international, matrixed organization
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Should have managed large and complex customers
- Chemical Background
