Regional Credit Manager - Bank

We have opportunity with one of leading bank in India having presence at Global level

- Candidate should be CA or MBA with needed experience into core credit.

- Candidate who are into sales profile but somewhat experience into credit need not apply

Candidate interested for retail banking products secured / unsecured need to apply

Key Responsibilities Handled:

- Underwriting/Recommending credit applications in line with approved policies/processes after highlighting / mitigating all significant risks.

- Controlling process from file login to disbursement based on 100% digitization.

- Ensuring compliance with the benchmark Turnaround Time.

- Understanding and implementing the regional level legal and technical processes and make sure that the operational risks involved in documentation and procedures are adequately mitigated.

- To keep track of portfolio and delinquency levels and ensuring that requisite follow up is being done to ensure that over dues are regularized in a time bound manner and the portfolio quality is maintained

- Maintaining and floating the Daily, EOD and monthly MIS.

- Verifying creditability of customers through Credit Information Bureau India Ltd & Dedupe.

- Check authenticity of customer profile/documents through FCPG process and collection department.

- Getting the Legal, Technical & Field Investigation initiated for the cases online and coordinating with these departments.

- Managing and guiding subordinate credit processors to get the desired and quality output in time.

- Market Research and Feedback for existing & new product launches.
