Regional Credit Head - NBFC

We are hiring for the Regional Credit Head for NBFC for Delhi/Ncr, North region.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Review customer credit applications, conduct appraisal & recommend loan proposals.

- Utilize analytical skills for problem solving and structuring.

- Conduct personal discussions with applicants to ensure proper understanding of business model.

- Meet prescribed norms for TAT, policy, process & procedure.

- Prepare & maintain MIS in prescribed formats for management reporting.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure prescribed vendor TAT.

- Coordinate with internal and external agencies & ensure seamless processing.

- Coordinate collection efforts for resolving repayment related issues.

- Monitor portfolio regularly through credit reviews and identify early warning signals.

- Manage professional interface within channel and with relationship manager/ sales manager.
