All risk to be mitigated.   Strengthen Business Controls :  - Arrest revenue leakages: C Form liability reduction, Reduction of cheque bounces, Collection of old EMD'S and squaring up of advances   - Balance confirmation and Pending claim letters   - Market/customer visits / Internal - cross functional improvement initiatives   Measure and improve NPS of finance function / EES :  - Build employee engagement   - Action on feed-back of NPS / EES
