Regional Commercial Manager - CA - FMCG

Regional Commercial manager (CA is must)

- Handling entire commercial, logistics, administration and accounting activities of South Region having 8 branches.

- Leading a team of 20 people & reporting to Head of Operations based at Bangalore.

- Responsible for logistics & Wareshouse management for all the depots of the region.

- Monitoring accounts receivable as per credit policy to ensure timely collection of receivables without any overdue.

- Ensuring timely settlement of all the claims of customers and taking NOC's from all the customers on quarterly basis.

- Responsible for filling legal cases against default customers for recovery of outstanding.

- Responsible for visiting every branch atleast once in quarter for Management Audit.

- Negotiations of rates with transporters, CNF, Vendors are being done at regular interval for cost optimisation.

- Monitoring account payables and ensuring timely disbursement to employees as well as external vendors.

- Analyzing Overhead budget vis-a-vis actual expenditure for the zone and implementing cost optimization measures.

- Responsible for conducting physical stock verification audit, preparing reports and submitting the same to the concerned persons

- All statutory liabilities control - Sales Tax, TDS, Service Tax, Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, C Form & F Form.

- Coordinating with auditors for internal and external audit at branch offices.

- Preparations and analysis of Monthly/Fortnightly/ Daily MIS reports, Admin Cost Reports, Receivable & payable Reports, Cash flow with budgeting & variance analysis & ageing report & scrutinize ledger.

- Taking care of closure of internal/external customers requirement on real time basis.

- Responsible to implement decision/policies of management in regards to commercial and accounts at branch level.

- Above all, to ensure that all accounting practices / commercial activities are done properly in the branches.

Qualified Chartered Accountant is must with 5 yrs of experience in FMCG or product based companies
