Position: Region Commercial In Charge, Consumer Division

Job Location-Pune

Role: Controlling and Monitoring Business Health of Region – Maharashtra excluding Mumbai, & Goa

Reporting Structure:

- Position reports to : Head Commercial – Consumer Division

- Positions reporting in – None

Job Description:

- Account reconciliations of distributor’s accounts and ensuring Clean Balance Confirmations

- Issuing Credit Notes as per Terms of Trade

- Monitoring Sales returns

- Reconciling any disparity in billing and short material received

- Working on Terms of trade with distributors and dealers

- Working on fill rate in coordination of regional commercial and logistics

- Monitoring and control of credit exposure

- Achieving collection targets from Distributors and MORs as per collection norms

- Monitoring expenses on Sales Promotion budgets

- Business analysis on
- Target v/s achievement
- Growth analysis
- Working capital
- Net operating margin
- Ageing analysis
- Key account performance

- Preparation of Legal documents for agreements with Business Partners

- Building up systems & procedures for further control of operations

Required profile:

Experience : 5 - 7 years

Education : Graduation + PG Diploma / Inter CA / ICWA

Industry Type : Consumer Durable / Electronics / Appliances. Interacting with sales team essential

Functional Area : SAP knowledge necessary
