They are now looking to hire the Regional Pharmacy Channel Manager to strengthen their presence through the pharmacy channel based out of Kolkata.  Job Description :  Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for :  - Work with Regional Leadership Teams to drive the Pharmacy agenda and realize the targeted growth.  - Demonstrate ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.  - Review Infrastructure Requirement and work with the Regional Leadership Teams for execution across region wide distributors.  - Responsible for imparting relevant training to business associates eg Pharmacists, hospitals, clinics & other relevant external stakeholders.  - Drive commercial efficiency in the Pharmacy GTM through optimization of channel partner commercial models with collaboration with Commercial Finance  The Successful Applicant :  - Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of experience in sales, business development and team management with focus on managing the OTC category.
