Regional Business Leader - Bank

Job opening with one of the Leading Bank For the position of Regional Business Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

Region Strategy and Planning Budget for the region:

- Ensuring Training and Development

- Business Development Should be very effective in Communication and in Execution / Implementation of his strategies planned

- Region targets to be achieved.

- Generation of Liability and cross sell of third party products eg SA/ MF / Insurance/ Forex etc

- Broadbase customer base / Breakthrough in new relationships

- Cross sell of SA to FD and vice versa

- Deepening of existing portfolio to have healthy customer NRV

- New accounts to existing customer- NRE- NRO

- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Region

- Region headcount budget to be maintained

- Review of Performance Management System

- Fraud Management

- Ensure Effective Change Management

- Ensure DPMT is strictly adhered in his region

- Ensure his Cluster comply with Bank’s policies and processes

- Team Motivation and Team Building

- Timely update of the market competition

- Thorough knowledge of products and services

- Audit and Compliance

- MIS reports
