Our client, is an American Multinational and one of the largest and renowned names in the healthcare services area.  They are looking to hire a Rewards Head for their Global business who would lead and manage the C&B and reward function across the regions. Toward this they require specialists with rich experience in the C&B/Rewards area.  Location : Bangalore   Experience : 6 - 9 years of relevant post qualification experience with Strong academics  Education : Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B schools (XLRI/MDI/XISS/IMT/TISS, XIMB, AIM, SIBM, SCMHRD,SIMS)  Key Responsibilities :   - To take the independent charge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and rewards function on a pan group basis.   - Annual Performance and Remuneration review aligned with global guidelines.  - Managing and leading Management Incentives Plan under the country/region responsibility.  - Compliance with the various national / state / local regulations an integral part of the remit.   Desired Profile :  - An exposure of at-least 5 - 6 years of designing and leading C&B /Total Rewards for the country and international compensation.   - Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes.  - Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.  - Strong Stakeholder Management experience.   - Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.  - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills preferred. Person should be working with renowned companies.   NOTE - Only Tier 1 or Tier 2 B School persons would be considered
