Consultants typically own end-to-end delivery of a single project with multiple work streams. They also lead a team of analysts for conducting primary and secondary research in order to gather relevant information. Consultants form an integral part to RedSeer's growth. They play a major role in developing the firm by contributing to culture development, hiring, training and new business development. As an Consultant, you will be involved in end-to-end client projects. This will include scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more work streams. You will also be responsible for business development and expanding RedSeer's presence in your identified service area. Creating sales collateral, generating leads and following through with clients to convert leads into sales will comprise an important part of your day-to-day job. RedSeer's flat organizational structure and entrepreneurial spirit provides consultants with the ideal environment to develop their skills in client and project management.
