RedSeer's consultants are smart, intellectually driven and knowledgeable in domain and business functions.   - Consultants typically own end-to-end delivery of a single project with multiple work streams.   - They also lead a team of analysts for conducting primary and secondary research in order to gather relevant information. Consultants form an integral part to RedSeer's growth.   - They play a major role in developing the firm by contributing to culture development, hiring, training and new business development. As a Consultant, you will be involved in end-to-end client projects.   - This will include scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more work streams.   - You will also be responsible for business development and expanding RedSeer's presence in your identified service area.   - Creating sales collateral, generating leads and following through with clients to convert leads into sales will comprise an important part of your day-to-day job.
