Introduction:  - The key to building a Demand facing B2B product is capturing customer insights and translating them into product features that can be executed.   - The candidate is expected to make internal process changes that can enable this competency to be built. His responsibilities are product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support team to ensure growth of product is met.   - One of her/his key roles is to build a training eco-system so that the products new features are well understood by all the users and get the users excited to use the product.  The Product Manager is expected to:  - Work in the field to capture relevant customer insights and then suggest solutions in line with the overall product vision.   - Build competency and make internal process changes to translate customer insights into product features.   - Create related product requirement documents with complete details of the implementation planned and wireframe/prototype whenever needed  - Work with the designer to create the designs so as to finalize the UX aspect.   - Run beta and pilot with early-stage product and gather feedback  - Be an expert with respect to understanding the competition  - Present product progress to key leaders within the company  - Assist in developing plans for product roadmap by helping to identify the right priorities based on the field visits  - Be the product evangelist and explain the product features clearly and passionately to other team members making them equally knowledgeable and excited about the product.  - Ensure that all members in the ecosystem are using the product in the most appropriate   Required experience and knowledge:  - Should be associated with the product management of a technology product or/and in the eCommerce domain  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - MBA preferred  - Excellent teamwork skills  - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority  - Must be willing and able to travel time to time based on requirement
