Role Summary:   Sr FP& A Manager - FP&A Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy   Essential Responsibilities:   - Leading planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, Mid / Long Term Plan   - Leads finance strategy on cost management and provide financial analysis and reporting; and ensure data driven decisions   - Responsible for quarterly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of costs, cash and key working capital accounts; communicate current results and estimates to business leaders   - Work with functional and business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives   - Identifying risks & opportunities during each quarter and leading team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities   - Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing   - Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information   - Work effectively with functional & business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business   - Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on FP&A processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and business processes   Qualification:   CA - Qualified   Desired Skills and Experience:  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner   2. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change   3. Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas   4. Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations   5. Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others   6.
