Job Description : - Managing &amp; rolling out marketing programs for any of the following - India market, International markets or New Lines of Business. You would be responsible for some/all of below : - Evaluate and execute ATL marketing strategy - Drive BTL and on-ground activations at scale - Create, manage, own and execute monthly communication calendar for redBus to drive customer engagement and acquire new users - Roll out digital marketing campaigns on paid media for new user acquisition - Roll out digital marketing campaigns on owned media(email, push, product media) for retention marketing - Support PR activities and events - Liaison with the creative/media agencies to roll out engaging marketing collaterals for : a. Paid campaigns b. Email marketing c. Below-the-line media requirements and on-ground activations d. Social media campaigns e. Product marketing - Proactively device innovative, low-cost marketing/creative ideas that have a direct visible impact on sales - Establish long-term relationships with student community bodies, suppliers, vendors, etc. - Proactively coming up with innovative, low-cost marketing/creative strategies that have a direct visible impact on sales - Establish long-term relationships with student community bodies, suppliers, vendors, etc. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : - 2-4 years of relevant work experience in brand marketing/ communications/ digital marketing/ advertising - MBA (with Marketing/Communication specialization) or an equivalent degree - Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
