redBus is looking to hire a legal SPOC for the India operations.  Qualifications: L.L.B degree from a recognized university.   Post qualification experience : 2- 4 Years of corporate experience post UG; experience in e-commerce sector, or service industry would be preferable.   Reporting: CFO  Key Responsibilities :   - Drafting and negotiating various business contracts, online agreements with domestic and international parties, banking and payment gateway agreements, marketing contracts etc.   - Litigations - consumer matters, criminal matters, IP related cases, domain squatting cases.   - Liaising with the competent authorities on ground level issues faced by business.   - IPR registrations and protection  - Participate in the development of processes, policies and procedures designed to reduce legal risk and/or increase the efficiency of the team. Proactively advise on and help to manage important changes in law and regulation.  - Provide pragmatic and effective legal advice to manage legal risk across redBus. Review standard legal documentation to ensure that it is legally enforceable.   Skills required :   - Good written and oral communication skills.  - Ability to work with business teams displaying an understanding of the business requirements.  - Good interpersonal skills.   - Ability to manage time efficiently, close issues quickly and effectively.  - Final designation will depend on the experience and skill of the candidate
