Recruitment Specialist - Onsite - RPO - Investment Banking

Urgent opening for Onsite Recruitment Specialist based at our Client location in Malad West / Goregaon East . We are looking for a strong candidate who will be involved in extensive hiring for Financial domain.

Candidate with Excellent Communication Skills and can join in 15 days or immediately would be preferred.

Experience : 4-8 years

Role :

- Liaise with the business managers/ stakeholders in understanding the requirements in the organisation and accordingly develop a strategy to bring the resources on board in a cost effective manner.

- Responsible for handling end to end Recruitment form Sourcing till Joining

- Develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels.

- This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.

- Person should have good understanding in handling Technical profiles

- Doing salary discussion with candidates, sending salary breakup, offer letter.

- Coordination with candidates till joining
