Recruitment Specialist - KPO

Receiving requirements from internal SPOCs on behalf of the clients (primarily Investment Banks)

- Handling requirements at all levels.

- Create a sourcing plan.

- Interact with Hiring Manager with regard to the requirements.

- Sourcing candidates as per requirements through various social media

- Conducting telephonic/preliminary interviews in order to screen appropriate candidates from the pool.

- Facilitate candidate compensation. Negation and close offers.

- Liase between the clients and the candidates in order to touch base

- Post hire, obtain relevant documents from the candidates to assist the client in BGV

- Candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize the pre-boarding attrition.

Salary Range: 850000 - 1000000
