- A global diversified business group needs a Recruitment Specialist for ramping up its hiring Pan India

- The individual should be a BE /B.Tech in ICT and MBA in HR with at 5-10 yrs experience

- We are looking for a talented professional who has domain expertise in Talent Acquisition in the Telecom or IT industry

- Should have understanding of the latest recruitment practices, tools and methodologies

- Experience in recruiting professionals across Levels, Markets, Technologies & the Leadership spectrum

- Handled large volumes as well as niche hiring of SME's

- Headhunting experience is a prerequisite, Handled an automated HRIS system for Talent Acquisition

- Advanced skill level in MS Office, HRIS, MIS & Reporting

- Hand holding of candidates, organizing interviews, salary negotiation, drafting advertisements, managing advertisement responses & Reference checks

- Campus recruitment, working closely with vendors, & portal agencies for hiring of talent.

- Self-driven, go- getter, good communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Risk taking ability, number crunching, target /goal oriented
