- The individual should be a BE /B.Tech in ICT and MBA in HR with at 5-10 yrs experience

- Headhunting experience is a prerequisite, Handled an automated HRIS system for Talent Acquisition
- Advanced skill level in MS Office, HRIS, MIS & Reporting
- Hand holding of candidates, organizing interviews, salary negotiation, drafting advertisements, managing advertisement responses & Reference checks
- Campus recruitment, working closely with vendors, & portal agencies for hiring of talent.
- Self-driven, go- getter, good communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Risk taking ability, number crunching, target /goal oriented
